Children at FBC

We have something for every age at First Baptist Church! From birth through high school, every child and student has a place where they can belong, grow, and thrive.


Each stage of life is met with intentional care, age-appropriate teaching, and engaging experiences designed to help young people understand God’s love and develop a strong foundation of faith. From our youngest children to our graduating seniors, we are committed to walking alongside families every step of the way.


No matter their age, your child will find a welcoming environment, caring leaders, and meaningful opportunities to connect, learn, and grow at FBC.


  • Answers for kids

    Answers for Kids is a study focused on exploring answers to commonly asked questions from the Bible, helping children better understand their faith and how to confidently defend it. Through engaging lessons, discussion, and interactive activities, kids are encouraged to think deeply, ask questions, and grow in their knowledge of God’s Word.


    This study creates a supportive environment where children can build a strong foundation of truth, develop confidence in what they believe, and learn how to apply biblical principles in their everyday lives.

    We meet every Wednesday at 6:00 PM and would love for your child to join us as we learn, grow, and explore together.

  • Children's choir

    “Make a joyful noise unto the Lord!”  This familiar phrase from Psalm 100 is a wonderful description of the Children’s Choir.  And a beautiful “noise” it is!  We learn the joy and importance of worshiping God through singing a variety of songs and by presenting plays and musicals for our church family.  So, come on, kids! Let’s sing and worship the Lord together!


    Children's Choir is for ages Kindergarten through Fifth Grade.  We meet on Wednesday afternoons during the school term at 5:20.

  • Kid Point CHurch

    At Kid Point Church, your child will experience a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment created just for them. Designed for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade, each Sunday morning includes age-appropriate lessons, interactive activities, and meaningful opportunities to learn about God’s love in a way they can understand and enjoy.


    Our dedicated team is committed to making every child feel welcomed, valued, and included. While you attend service, you can have peace of mind knowing your child is being cared for by trusted leaders who prioritize both fun and safety.


    Kid Point is more than just a place to go during service—it’s a place where children build friendships, grow in confidence, and begin to develop a strong foundation of faith.

  • VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

    VBS!  Who didn’t grow up loving this awesome week each summer?  Sadly, some likely did.  And our desire at FBC Lawrenceburg is to make sure we share this special time with as many boys and girls as possible. 


    VBS is a wonderful, wild, and fun event each summer for kids of all ages.  We sing, play, create, eat - and most importantly learn and experience God’s love in a unique, theme-oriented setting. Memories are made, hearts are encouraged, and lives are changed for eternity’s sake. Won’t you join us for this amazing event this year?

  • Weekid

    In this class, preschoolers learn of God’s love in a structured but relaxed setting through lots of Bible Stories, songs, crafts, playtime - and don’t forget snacks! WeeKid teachers love working with our preschoolers each week and look forward to seeing these little ones grow up and place their faith in Jesus as Savior and Lord. It is our prayer that we are helping to lay that early foundation.  


    WeeKid meets on Wednesday evenings at 6 PM.
