FBC Lawrenceburg’s Vacation Bible School is coming July 12–15, and we need some brave volunteers to help us pull off the most fun, slightly chaotic, joy-filled week of the summer!
Can you handle glitter? Survive snack time? Sing songs that will live in your head rent-free for weeks? Answer 47 questions per minute? Then congratulations! You’re exactly who we’re looking for.
We need:
• Craft-time chaos coordinators (must tolerate glue in unknown places)
• Snack-time peace negotiators (protector of goldfish crackers and juice boxes)
• Game-time hype machines (enthusiasm level: mildly unhinged)
• Anyone willing to dance like no one’s watching (even though everyone is)
No experience required. Survival training provided. Bring your sense of humor, comfy shoes, and a willingness to say things like, “Please don’t lick that” at least once per hour.
Possible side effects include:
• becoming a local celebrity to a group of 6-year-olds
• spontaneous dance battles
• mysterious sticky substances on your shoes
• finding glitter in your car in 2032
Will it be loud? Yes.
Will it be chaotic? Also, yes.
Will it be worth it? Absolutely.
